FUNCTION: Isolate during oral treatment and assist in shaping the restoration
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Resin-based luting material
- Apply resin-based luting material. - Remove excess resin.
- Apply isolation gel to the edge of the resin-based luting material.
- Light curing.
- Rinse off the isolation gel with water. - Trimming/polishing.
2.Composite
- Apply composite.
- Remove excess composite.
- Apply isolation gel to the surface of composite.
- Light curing.
- Rinse the isolation gel with water.
- Trimming/polishing.
- If using self-curing luting material, leave the gel in place until the
polymerization is complete.
